4. I'm not sure if this is possible to mod, but knahaten flu shouldn't affect argonians, and shouldn't add attrition to their levies, as it didn't canonically.

As far as I'm aware the Knahaten Flu doesn't affect Argonians at all, or at least it didn't last time I played. In fact Argonia as a whole is completely avoided by the Flu, only the outer most provinces ever get affected if even that.

Yeah the black marsh terrain provinces don't get affected, however in my latest game I'd conquered morrowind, and many argonian lords lived there, who were wiped out. I, my heir, and my brother (My second heir) also caught it whilst leading troops in areas with it (ie morrowind) and all subsequently died.

That's odd, I remember the code saying Argonians are exempt from the disease

Also another suggestion is more execution options for various races. Like for example maybe sacrificing to the hist for piety for the argonians, eating for the bosmer, turning into undead for necromancers, or drinking for vampires.

We do have a bunch of those currently in the mod. Bosmer as well as Namira cultists can eat prisoners. Vampires (as well as lycanthropes) can feed on prisoners, too. Handling necromancers and undead is tricky because there's really no simple way to kill a character and revive them, and simply turning a living character into an undead would be a nightmare to script for since it'd mean devising a system for an intelligent character with relationships and personality into the mindless pawn of another being (which really goes to the core of why the undead, as a whole, are pretty limited content-wise :p ).

For the Undead, I was thinking the actual character would be executed, with the message along the lines of "was turned into the undead", after which a new courtier would be spawned with similar traits and stats, along with the same name? Also it occurred to me whilst writing this that the Undead portraits are always human. Would there be a way, if this was done, to create new skeleton portraits (assigned to new undead graphical cultures) that fit the various other races?

Now that you mention it, I don't think I've ever seen an elf skeleton, the closest we get is the Ash Demons of Morrowind. But that isn't even a skeleton, and I don't think a necromancer would bother cremating a dunmer he just murdered in order to turn him into an undead follower.

Have you considered using the newer dlc unit packs to match with cultures?

For example, I think that the turkish unit pack would go really nicely with the dunmer culture, since the heavy infantry and cavalry have golden masks reminiscent of ordinators.

Finnic troops may correspond with the Kamal, since both are winter themed.

Mongolian units for Tsaesci/Akaviri?
Maybe find ways to implement the early unit packs?
Lots of possibilities.

Would it be possible to add some minor kingdom titular titles that you can create when you own a High Kingdom as an emperor? Currently High Kingdoms are empire sized, and whenever you start growing it becomes a real nuisance not being able to delegate to relatively small vassals. Just to give a quick example, I have a current game as the Aldmeri Dominion and, after conquering Cyrodiil, I decided to hand it over to a vassal duke (making him a vassal High King). His vassal limit was 30 (with 12 diplomacy), yet he had 40 vassals, causing severe problems to the administration of the realm.

I think it would be far more useful, and not gamebreaking at all, to be able to use some of those titular titles that are destroyed automatically when you create a High Kingdom. Otherwise the only way to effectively rule Tamriel using vassal kings is to rule from Cyrodiil and let other "minor" High Kingdoms (Alinor, Elsweyr, Argonia) be ruled by a vassal. Being an emperor with good demesne laws allows you to handle the massive amount of vassals in the Cyrodiil region, and I just want to rule Tamriel from Alinor or Mournhold : P

When it comes to cyrodiil you really need to give people multiple duchys, I used to be obsessive about each Duke only having one duchy but I have realised it's suboptimal in many situations. If you had centralised cyrodiil under a smaller number of rulers before handing it over he would have been able to handle it.

This is exactly what one must do. In EK, you will need vassal kings or super-dukes. So will the AI for that matter, though I'm not 100% sure off the top of my head how to get them to handle it.

It would however be nice if you could, after forming a High Kingdom, have several of the duchies congregate together to form a unified super duchy dejure. Like Skyrim, if the High Kingdom is formed and owns all of the land, have its duchies unify till only 9 duchies remain.

In other words, make the titular Kingdoms in duchy form if you own the highkingdom. It would also serve as a way to simulate the kingdoms being ruled by a high king.

Ik this would be a far off future thing for when your polishing the mod up, but for races like the dwemer and the ayleid can you make us able to do something more with ayleid and dwemer ruins? Like recovering them somehow. Maybe it fires a event if you find one that spawns a demense if you have a open plot in that province, or something like that? Maybe finding one allows you to build some sort of special building in the capital demesne in a province? I just think it would be a really cool feature to have something like that.

Not sure if this has been mentioned by anyone, but with the tsaesci would it be possible to change republics, merchant republics and theocracy and tribal succession to enatic like the feudal titles?
I've made a tsaesci empre that stretches from Lang Din to Winterhold which means I have almost every government type in my realm but it would be better ifthey all stuck to the matriarchal thing.

Also Akavir needs more mercenaries! Maybe some merchant ships like in tamriel.
