A Necromancer with Dragon Bones should be able to create something out of it.
A question. Why is the creation of empires linked to races? Seems redundant...
1. Agreed
2. Old Gods makes sense, but the leader of the Daedra Cults is the Daedric Prince.
3. A Direnni Empire could be cool.
True... everyone knows when you are a Nord you go and create the Aldmeri Dominion, duh! Each race has an Empire, with Tamriel being formable by all.
And its not redundant. It's part of the TES universe. There's a reason races of Tamriel are so nicely grouped on the continent, and why they each molded themselves accordingly.
Also Vanilla Empires are also linked to cultures >.> PDS doesn't think that is redundant at all <.<
Everyone knows that if Nords were to adventure into the Aldmeris island and conquered it, nothing would stop them from forming their Nordic/Nedic Empire over there.
If an Argonian were to conquer the entire Skyrim area, they wouldn't name their land the Nordic empire, but still Argonian Empire.

I am not asking to form Aldmeri Dominion as a Nord. I am asking for generic empires that do not have a specific name, but get their race specific names from localization. Altmeric faction should recieve "Aldmeri Dominion", regardless of the high kingdom they have conquered. Argonian controlled faction should recieve - i dunno - "Green Horde" if they conquer any high kingdom, regardless if their faction doesn't have an actual control over Argonia, but controls any other two high kingdoms.
Wouldn't then it be possible to have three or four empires with the same name?
I disagree. For the sake of game mechanics and convenience, I believe they should continue what they're doing now: adding bookmarks chronologically. This allows them to not only add content as needed but also easily spot inconsistencies since the amount of time between bookmarks is minimal. They're already planning on making those later bookmarks nevertheless. Find Title "the Stormcloaks" to see what I'm talking about.Make bookmarks that players of the Elder scrolls are more familiar with. Skyrim Civil war, Oblivion crisis the great war between the dominion and the empire 30 years prior to TES5. You get the idea.
Yeah, Mannimarco should be ingame at this point anyway. Since he was several centuries old in ESO, and was already a powerful necromancer and leader of the Worm cult before the Soulburst.
You mean the dueling engine? It is very hard to balance with magic.I think it would be cool to incorporate the mod from HIP/GOT that determines how good of a fighter you are.

If you just make 8 obtainable empire titles, which all are named "Nordic Empire", then yes.
If make on of the creation conditions - title does not exist, the chance of four same named empires is 0%. That would mean that only one empire for each race could exist? Wrong. If you include 4 -5 such empires for each race, one should never run out of empires.
A dunmer could choose from names such as those: "Velothian Hegemony", "Dunmeric Dominion", "Consortium of the Great Houses".
He is actually a very old courier in in Summerset Isle
