At start i want to thank you for such great game, i really like new religion mechanics (like reformation pagan, creating my own religion, changing culture of counties, even religious rebellions etc.). And high performance is neat also (ck2 in late game was unplayable).

But there are some recommendations:
1. In interface should be an option of forcing popping up (and keeping on screen) additional tooltips (eg regarding description of trait ) by clikcking on links (without delay).
2. Pope need serious nerf - in my pagan Piast Wendish Empire campain he has so much gold that he can hire every merc company, which ruined my campaign - I/ai simpy cannot raise such number of levies - curia treasure like in eu 4 (with pope spending piety/prestige maybye can draw money or depending fraction of gold on catholic fevor) should solve problem (well maybye some form of symony to spend it also should solve part of issue). In short theocratic clergy is OP.
3. revocation/conversion - well in 12 century there should not be spawn of Adamites with which you can do nothing about (if they are powerful vassals and fevor drops significantly). Religious attitude should be as such:
1) fundamentalist: you can revoke/imprison from astray, hostille, evil
2) righteous: you can revoke/imprison from hostille, evil
3) pluralist: you have no revocation/imprisonment reason (or you can freely revoke title from evil religions adherents).
4. Additionally i would rethink if catholicism should have ecumenism (and insular christianity shoud be astray by default to avoid free revocation reason if it's not). Heresy in medieval europe was crime against state and such should give revocation reason if you don't repent and convert back (like Raymond of Toulouse did not ;-)).
5. Imo there should be some modifier/trigger which would not allow victors of crusades to immediately convert to his new kingdom religion (well in my runs it's often happen in case of KoI=J). This contradicts entire sense of Crusade/Jihad. Eg. you and three next holders of title shoud not be able to convert (if he has lands in won kingdoms). Or some time treshold.
6. After setting rally point you should be able to move some levies without need of waiting for rest of them. Rest shoud rally at rally point separately.
7. Fevor mechanics - i wonder if winning crusade should lowering fevor (God/gods is/are with us people;-)).
8. There shoud be popup on setting of your children educational focus (and i wonder if there is option of upgrading them later like in ck2).
9. Marriages/bethorals of yours grandchildren shoud give opportunity of creating alliance (if not creating alliance by default).
10. I would consider splitting up issues into categories and present them separately.

I will not write at topic of bugs (such as partition succession etc.)

Sorry for my bad english ;-)

I made a thread with some pope issues here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/papal-mechanics-money-from-the-pope-etc.1420552/

Regarding your Number 2: I think the issue is that only player characters can ask the pope for gold. So if your PC is not Catholic, the pope will just keep all that money instead of giving it to your character (which is also very OP if your Catholic, or Coptic, they also got a pope), thus becoming richer and richer.

I mean it's fine that the pope is rich and can hire mercenaries for years. That's how it was. But maybe have him spend some of his money as soon as he has more than 1k or 2k gold?

Your Number 5 has been mentioned a lot on these forums, it's a very annoying issue. It doesn't just apply to Great Holy Wars, also to normal Holy wars. I gave some recently conquered Muslim land to my until then unlanded brother, who became my vassal. Without me realizing (also maybe give a notification if your vassalsconvert?) at some point he converted to Islam, which makes no sense at all.

So for your Number 6, you can acutally do just that, just pick the army and split it (same as in CK2) one of the splitted armies will rally the "local levy" while the other one will be half your "Mens-at-arms" and can be moved immediatly.
