1. Only constitutional monarchy and republican countries can establish political parties, which are composed of interest groups with the same ideology. All countries have interest groups.

2. cabinet system can be set up in the game, and the way the cabinet is formed is determined according to the political system, such as the appointment of the monarch and the election by the people. Cabinet members can come from the same or different interest groups or political parties. The cabinet can affect the development of the country and the people. For example, the prime minister of the cabinet decides the policy orientation, which in turn affects the parliament, the country, and the people.

3. Civilized countries can set up a parliament, which is composed of political parties, and the law is passed or vetoed through struggles and compromises between political parties. The parliaments of constitutional monarchy and democratic republics can pass laws themselves (the political parties that support a certain law in the parliament are too powerful), but the head of state can interfere in vetoing the law to take effect, and the law vetoed by the head of state can no longer be passed by the parliament, and can only be passed Players take the initiative to implement.

4. The monarchy should be divided into autocratic monarchy and constitutional monarchy. Constitutional monarchy can also be divided into British and Prussian. For example, the King of Prussia can interfere in the government and parliament, veto laws or force laws to pass. The King of England has less power.

5. Crime and banditry are an aspect of social unrest, and civil war is the last step of unrest. The crime rate can be simulated in the game. The high crime rate and poor social security will affect the country’s economy and people’s lives.

6. To conquer a country by force, the conquered country can establish a government in exile abroad, and the government in exile can spur uprisings in the occupied areas and foreign support for the restoration of the country. The conquering country can also require the country hosting the government-in-exile to expel or stop supporting it or implement policies of assimilation or preferential treatment in the occupied area to offset the government-in-exile influence.

I really doubt they go so far for the release, especially for specific countries. Probably later with DLC.
