May I suggest a bit of organization for this very popular forum? (As they say on Broadway; "Everybody is a critic.")
Sticky a "Must Read: Common Suggestions" post at the top of the forum that only the forum monitor can edit. Fill it with links to popular suggestions threads to avoid duplications. Assign people to monitor those threads and have the thread's monitor Sticky a monitor-only-editable post at the top that contains suggestions already made. The monitors should not judge the value of the suggestions - just track them. It would be even sweeter if accepted suggestions were highlighted and all others would be considered "under evaluation." (Don't mark any as "rejected" unless you want a flame war on your hands.)
This would let us zoom in on a pet peeve and say "cool, they are already working on it." A little bit of work up front will save a lot of sifting through the rubble and make sure that the folks at Paradox are give the best quality feedback.
