Additionally, most titular kingdoms under the areas covered by Pentarchs and additionally custom kingdoms created in areas under Pentarchs end up autocephalous. Suggestions are as follows:

- k_leon pentarch date adjusted back to 100 to match other kingdoms, so it is under the Patriarch of Rome if formed under Orthodox before 20 December 910, or alternatively, the creation decision adding an entry (regardless of religion of person firing the decision)
- The following de jure kingdoms put under the patriarch of Rome:
k_wales
k_brittany
k_castille
k_spanish_galicia
k_andalusia
k_venice
- (possibly) k_mauretania put back under Patriarch of Africa, or maybe Patriarch of Rome
- The following titular kingdoms have a pentarch date of 100 added so they are not autocephalous if they gain de jure territory, and then end up under Orthodox rule, with patriarchate in parentheses:
k_aydin (Constantinople)
k_candar (Constantinople)
k_cyprus (Constantinople)
k_eretnid (Constantinople)
k_genoa (Rome)
k_germiyan (Constantinople)
k_karaman (Constantinople)
k_mentese (Constantinople)
k_orthodox (Constantinople, to prevent possibility of there being an autocephalous Patriarch of The Ecumenical Patriarchy)
k_ottoman (Constantinople)
k_papal_state (Rome)
k_pisa (Rome)
k_rum (Constantinople)
k_saruhan (Constantinople)
k_tekke (Constantinople)
k_trebizond (Constantinople)
k_trinacria (Rome)
- Check added for custom kingdom creation that adds a pentarchy entry the same as the kingdom the base duchy is under upon creation
