1. "Collapse" after reforms should give also few claims or perm. claims. In earlier version (before bugs with reforms), even if some mayan nation go to first reform, next they had problems to continuation of this process. Claims would be some support for greater mayan nation. Also should give some help to save ADM-points (because coring).
2. Change names of reforms. Current they are extremal general, Inti and nahuatl have few own individual names. This reduce immersion in game, and would be nice have separate names. Eg. in place "Central Armories" we can give "Standarization of holcanes" and in place "Central Arbitration" we can have "Exams on batab".
3. Mayan central of trade. In native game mayan region haven't any central of trade, but IRL Mayan People was great traders. They have even maritime trade. In game only Kiche have any individual function connection with trade (in tradition). I think, that good place on COT would be in Belize province,
4. Tzompantli. Not only for mayan nation but for whole mesoamerican region/religions. After big war, when nation lose 30%+ manpower, should have place event connected with create Tzompantl. For money and temporary reduce dip reputation (and growth of separatism for provinces with "old world cultures") nation get temporary military ideas reduction cost and bonus to tradition decay. If nation have humanistic ideas should have also decision to "Abandon the practice Tzompantl" - this give permanent bonus to dip reputation and Improve relations.
5. Privilege for the nobles on start. IRL mayan aristocracy had monopoly on foreign and luxury goods; noble clothes and symbols. This can be presented as higher costs of reduce WE but this estate is happy and country have mercantilism bonus.
6. Privilege for the bourgeoisie about new urbanization. IRL after next collapse of civilization many mayan pleople run from cities to forests. This privilege should give law for bourgeoisie to forced relocation of wild tribes to towns. As resoult this should give reduce cost of developing in jungles and forests and growth of colonies in jungles an forests.
