Hi. Good work on HOI4, as it seems very nice.

2 ideas for battleplans:
- Permit troops to prepare away from borders. It's kind of obvious you are prepared for attack if you keep 80% of your army on the front line exposing forces. I would recommend splitting the plan bonus in two parts: Deployment and planning. Planning, as it is, would give around half of the bonus. To secure the other half, you would need to deploy forces to the front line, exposing your evil deeds.

- Move "execute battle plan" button to be under leader portrait. Currently, the "execute battle plan" button is above the leader, allowing for misclicks. If the command is under his picture, the chances of mistakes is reduced.

Cheers

The devs wanted a system where you could discover an enemy battle plan, but couldn't get it in. Nevertheless, having to form up on the frontline (border when not at war) is intentional. If the enemy has high enough decryption then they can see the increased numbers of Divs. If you want to hide your plans, then it's more difficult to get the maximum bonus.

@nicae
the best way to prevent your enemy from noticing that you are planning something is keeping your encryption high. That way the enemy wont get much information if any about the troops at their border. We saw that in WWW, when Daniel simply couldnt see some of the divisions at the border, making it look like openings to him.

It is intentional that you have to line up at the border so, if you dont have well enough en- or they decryption the enemy has chance to react since he knows that something is going on. You wont get to see how many divisions are at your border with low level of intel, which means they could might aswell be just garrisons guarding the border.
