Hi CK2 masters and experts.

I was thinking about how people talk that in the olden days a lot of women died during childbirth. Is this implemented in the game, becuase I've never encountered it. If not it should don't you think?
It was the balance in society ... men died in battle, women during childbirth
(or am I completely wrong, please tell)

It was skipped for gameplay reasons. They just cut fertility down to make up for it.

Rather than having shovelfulls of dead babies.

I thought it was so that the game wasn't slowed down by having to record all those extra characters.
