Make AI more defensive when it is attacked, today it advances even in the cities where it starts upwards.
AI ignores a lot of overwatch even though she is defending the point to make her obey the limitations of over wacth and avoid being with troops in a hurry.
The ia would attack even in a formation with 7 to prevent it from doing so by having to attack 7 topas against 3.
Make it would take less npc troops even with points, nowadays 90% troops and npc have many but low quality and low lvl besides not being able to build a lot of city because of the upkeap.
More cities, today there it focuses on 4 cities to make it expand take the independent cities and make them their own. in aow3 the limit was much higher, leaving the ia much stronger.
In the last doficulty there should already be in turn 30 attacking the players and in turn 80 be with troops with the last units the bonuses of money, xp and technology have to be scalable per turn. Obviously close to the 80th shift it has to be with most of the units being the last one of both technology and race. all your troops having 3 to 2 of the last and the rest of them advanced.
