I would like to see the OOBs cleaned up and have the proper unitnames to avoid doubles. Also more political events are needed like 1935 UK election, 1936 Japanese election, Japanese PM changes, move startdate of 1933 scenario to January 1st this will allow the chance in Germany for Dolfy not to come to power and maybe lead to a restoration of the monarchy.

I agree with this.

The game really isn't fluid enough at the moment. I want choices.

1) 1944 scenario.
2) Italy can join Axis even after Germany declaring war on SU.
3) It would be great if Germany has an opportunity do not declare war on USA(like an event or something) at 1941, and leave Japan head to head with uncle Sam.

It is very probable that if the Germans didn't that, the Americans would have at some point. They had already extensively supported the UK and the USSR in their fight against Germans.

Agreed here. US forces were already sinking u-boats well before December 1941 and escorting convoys to Britain, and at war with Germany in all but name. The German war declaration just gave Roosevelt an official war 'for free', rather than having to cite the German-Japanese alliance in declaring it. It would have happened, and probably only a few days later.

* The ability to pause the game with the Spacebar
* More A-historic options and events; like Germany structuring Puppet States out of great defeated nations (UK, USSR, Asia & Africa and political figures that fit the puppet state)
* Battle losses and a complete "We lost this much Manpower, we inflicted this much Manpower losses" in a graph or ledger.

Just for fun it would be nice to see a chain of events where you could avoid pulling the Americans in. It would have to be fairly premeditated though, like:

1. No Comintern/ties with Japan
2. No UBoat Wars
3. No messing around in the Western Hemi

At that point perhaps the Americans would aid the Brits likely, but never DoW assuming you managed belligerence on top of those other things. So as Germany you'd have to accept a steady stream of supplies to America in exchange for no war.

I have only one big wish:

* Automize diplomacy as you've done for intelligence. Diplomacy routine slow down gameplay significantly.

I liked (and still like) HOI2 so much, but very useful interface of DH made my choice and now I play DH-Light. (And trying to study DH-Full)
Intelligence now is working perfectly and does not consume my attention and time. I would like the same for diplomacy.
Is it real?

Will be surprized, if nobody support this improvement.

Anyway, great work!

First of all I want to say that I have no idea what is actually possible to do but these are the changes/new things I would like to see:

1. Casualty Stats (only if it´s possible to keep them at least 'semi-realistic').
2. Ability to create under-strength divisions for lower cost/building time (ONLY WHEN IN A WAR).
3. Replace the One-time Great Purge Event with a Event Chain and have it screw up research speed/army org as it did historically instead of the current 'torrents of dissent' which just doesn´t make any sense at all. Also 'wake' the military leaders that where released by the NKVD when the German threat became a reality.

I agree. I don't know where the dissent comes from...I always complained about this. The purge would have decreased dissent, everyone is terrified!
