Then at least disable org gain for AI when moving. I repeat it's incredibly frustrating and ridiculous how the same militas can be routed only to return two days later in the same battlefield, then routed again and so on.
Do you have recommendations for who could be ministers and what traits they might have? There would also need to be source material to back up your beliefs. If you are willing to do that, I would bet that the devs would consider adding them. They likely won't on their own anytime soon since very few players would ever actually release them.Wales and Ulster should have real minister not just those shadows cabinet's.
