I don't know how interested others are in this, or whether knowledge of Ancient Macedon only extends to Alexander the Great for even those interested--some would say excessively--in history, but I would love a game focusing on the Diadochi fighting for control of Alexander's Empire over the corpse of his body.
Cassander, Ptolemy, Craterus, Seleucus, Nicator, etc. all fighting, carving out their own empires, enlisting the help of (or bribing) others. Sons betraying their fathers, using some other emperor to rise to power and then stabbing him in the back (as Ptolemy Keraunos stabbed Seleucus in the back).
It may be my overexposure to EU:Rome in the last few days (which doesn't cut the bill, taking place one or two generations after the Diadochi), but I would absolutely LOVE this.
Any thoughts?
