Suggestion: Show Rebel Progress in foreign countrys

Hi!

With the new rebel system it would be nice to see the progress of the rebels' demands in foreign countries. It also would be nice to see, how long it takes approx. until they start revolting with the current unrest, so you can decide wether it's worth it to support them.
