Private boating- for use as a form of recreation, as reactional fishing vessels and/or as a form of transport-
Boat ramps, to launch boats (cars park here whilst boats are being used). Cars tow their boats to the boat ramp and park them at the boat ramp whilst using the boat. Boaters can either leave their boats permanently in the water, at a boat parking (and jetties of water front houses, I suppose) or retrieve them and load them onto their cars to take them home
and boat parking (so that boats can be used as a form of transport)
Also, include water police and coast guard rescue boats/helicopters- Water police is just regular police but with a police boat depot
