After watching the current series I had a thought about a new system for PvP wars
I believe that a system along the same lines as the disaster system could be used
Once war score surpasses 50% on either side, an enforceable ticker of 1% per month should go against the loser (up to the current warscore rounded up the the nearest 10%)
If it surpasses 60%, the ticker can increase by 2% per month (to a max of 70%)
After 70%, by 3% per month (to a max of 80%)
After 80%, by 4% per month (to a max of 90%)
After 90%, by 5% per month (to a max of 100%)
If warscore drops below one of these thresholds, the maximum and gain per month drops with it
If it drops below 49%, it should decrease by 2% per month (Or perhaps more)
The winning side could then choose this option to end the war to prevent 'sore losers' from just holding out forever
Offers higher than the current ticker would still need 'loser' approval (So how it works now)
Offers lower than the ticking enforceable ticker would be instantly accepted
It is possible there could be some possible abuse of this system, but I believe it would be a good compromise
