Since this seems to be the coolest new feature in the Republic DLC, I thought I'd just get this request thread going now.
I would like to see the "leading" families for all regions, whether or not they are feudal. Besides being cool, they can add the following potential flavor events, and more:
- 'Peasant' rebellions could now have an actual goal; to install a new leader from one of the families.
- Choosing council members and excluding a family can lead to loyalty penalties.
- Members of the leading families have inside track to have their plot succeed (particularly change liege plots)
- Families that are not of the "elite" can vie to disgrace on of the families and take their place.
- Awesome modding possibilities
