Ok, i have like 20 mod installed (4 increase look, the rest change game aspects) I was wondering if there is a mod that changes the lanucher the add "mod profiles."

For example, i have 4 mods i like to play with "vanilla" (better terra incognita, better UI, WE HAVE CASUS BELLI, and tooltip font) but i have other mods (like extended timeline or cash only building mods) i like to use with some saves and not others, i'm wondering if there's a mod that will make it so i can click on a button and it will select the mods i want (like click on vanilla and pull up the ones i listed, or click on extended timeline and pull up those mods)

If not/launcher not able to be modded, paradox could you add that? :)
