Confucianism is one of these religions that havent gotten anything yet so here I make a suggestion in hope to change that, maybe as early as next dlc.

Like piety for Islam or partical authority for Orthodox, Confucianism could also get something similar.
A two part thing more like piety however only one part is positive while the other part is negative, I don't have good names for the parts, maybe the positive part could be called prosperous while the other part could be called decadence.

It would be like having a second legitimacy score but much stronger effects, at max prosperous you would get like -5 unrest +2 tolerance for heritics and heathen, a moral and discipline bonus, economy bonuses, tech bonuses, basicly your country will get heafty boost, but the opposite will happen if you become decandece which will allow other countries an great opportunity to attack.

Each ruler probably would reset the slider to the middle similar to piety because they don't have any reputation as rulers.
You would gain prosperous by having high stability, be at peace, having high legitimacy, events and maybe some other things (constructing buildings?).
You would gain decadence by having low stability, low legitimacy, high war exhuastion, events, declaring war and maybe some other things (high overextension?)

Basicly as confucian you would be more encouraged to stay at peace to build up prosperous for the very big bonuses they yield and maybe only do war from times to times.
However sometimes you and other countries may be unlucky and get decadence and then your are in very big trouble.

Because of these changes I also propose that the mandate of heaven modifier be removed and replaced with this system.

What do you think?

Someone on the forum -- and I can't remember who or where -- had the idea of making the Chinese "religion" a mix of Confucianism/Taoism, with an inverted Piety mechanic that encourages balance between the two (i.e. you'd receive bonuses for balance between Confucianism & Taoism, but no bonuses for being at either extreme of the scale).
