Suggestion: "New Content Available" On Main Menu Checks Files Exist, Not DLC Active

I play with Sunset Invasion disabled. The main menu thus (being the oldest DLC not active) informs me that Sunset Invasion is available. Due to this, it took over a week for me to know that the Russian DLCs were available.

Instead, I propose that the CK2 main menu checks that the DLC files exist in the DLC folder, thus leaving the New Content Available area useful even to those who don't leave all DLC active.

The sad thing is, I started and finished a Russian game between the time the Russian DLCs came out and my discovering their existence

or solution 2: visit the forums daily
that or solution 3: just activate the Sunset Invasion DLC, but delete the events that trigger the whole DLC. That way the game detects it as running even though it can't trigger.

I never bought SI. I check forums for news daily.

I check the front page newsposts daily, but there wasn't one for the Russian DLCs. Also as much as I personally dislike SI, I'd rather like to keep it intact on the off chance I do want a game with the Aztecs in. Thus solutions 2 and 3 are not relevant in this case. Either way, my solution is perfectly sound. There are definitely cases, especially with fantasy DLC, where someone might not want to have a DLC active, and still want to be able to see when there's new content available even if there isn't a newspost for it.
