I've been having some issues in regards to eye strain due to the reason that everything the mouse pointer touches seems to highlight something which drastically changes the light on the screen.
This is especially noticeable when zoomed in all the way on the terrain map mode, Just clicking the ruler portrait and the whole realm lights up very sudden and drastically, it's like a flashbang and it's very intrusive to the gameplay, and for me it's definetly noticeable to the point where I'm bothered by it.
I would very much appreciate an option where the mouse pointer doesn't hightlight every flag or province it touches, rather that I can do it myself when I actually want to see it by clicking on it. Or just a general option which deafens the way the mouse pointer interacts with the game.
