[Suggestion] Make patriarchs not give out patriarchates

The thing I always do when playing as orthodox or something similar, is to try and give all the patriarchates to the same person, maximizing said person's power and thus my influence. I just noticed that my patriarch just gave away one of those seats to a vassal, which to me seems rather ridiculous.

I think that's too gamey to ever be implemented in HIP. It could work if you model it like the found bogolimist church decision, conquer the other seats, wait a few years, summon ecumencial council, more waiting and in the end it could to rejection or even schism. You need consequences to discourage people from abusing this.
