Just a suggestion, would there be the possibility to be able to choose ourselves where to save our games etc to? - I really hate things going onto my C-Drive, so much so that I even have a M-Drive for my documents folder, G-Drive for games (including steam) etc :eek:o
I tend to keep my C-drive partition lean and mean, but having CO files being saved in it is going to make it fill up very quickly...

The symlink option seems to work for me in Win7. I used the /J option to create a hard link.

1.) copy the folder (replace username with what is on your system):
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
to your desired new location such as:
G:\data\cities_skylines

2.) backup the folder to a secure location (replace username with what is on your system): C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines

3.) delete the folder Cities_Skylines in AppData. (The new link replaces this folder.)

4.) In a command prompt window enter the following command (replace username with what is on your system):

mklink /J "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines" G:\data\cities_skylines
