Suggestion: Let people with La Resistance DLC stage coups from the diplomacy window

The 'Orchestrate Coup' operation is weird and quite restrictive to use. It's quite buggy compared to the diplomatic action 'Stage a coup' especially when targeting single-state nations. It also doesn't work with the 'subversive activities cost' modifiers that many countries get. Since without La Resistance DLC you can still stage coups from diplomacy window, it would make sense that this feature be available to people with the DLC.

EDIT: I created a mod for it myself, my suggestion still stands though.
