I always felt like the implementation of jews in vanilla was frankly devoid of content and flavor... more specfically that a jewish courtier is automatically completely reviled by others in the court because the infidel and foreigner modifiers kick in.
My suggestion is as follows: for the three israelite groups: Shepardi , Ashkenazi and Mizrahi allow them to have better relations within their historically accurate realms.
For example shepardi ("spanish") jews were tolerated in Al-Andalus under the Umayyad Caliphs , Mizrahi jews were tolerated in the ottoman empire (a famous admiral of the ottoman fleet in later periods was jewish), Ashkenazi jews... under Charlemagne were supposedly tolerated.
The historical validity of the above can be debated i'll admit but i think it makes the whole idea of jewish courtiers more interesting if they are not automatically -100 with their own realm.
