Suggestion: Horizontal Revolutionary Flag Stripes

Since we have vertical tricolours for revolutionary flags, why not add an option for horizontal stripes for modders?
Maybe a line in country files:
revolutionary_flag_type = { 0 } for vertical flags
revolutionary_flag_type = { 1 } for horizontal flags
That way, for Prussia we could have the Imperial German tricolour for its revolutionary flag, or Germany could have its republic flag, for example.

You can already set revolutionary flags to use any of the existing patterns with revolutionary_flag_texture=x

If it is a variable, what value makes it horizontal?

X is number of patter that can be found from gfx\custom_flags, there is total of 53 patterns.
Default vertical's number is 35, 34 is horizontal.
