Suggestion: Give me my claim immediately if I get caught

Topic. If I get caught fabricating I should immediately get the claim.

Reasoning:

1) It makes sense. If they catch me the first month and know what I am doing, what exactly is the diplomat doing for the next 11 months?

2) It would be a nice balance against the AE you get for being caught.

Alright people who are quoting me, I was only pointing out the flaw in OP's argument that it would make sense to get an immediate claim for having your diplomat getting caught doing it, of course I don't want losing all progress on top of getting AE to become a thing.

Getting caught should give the nation you're fabricating on a Diplomatic Insult CB if anything.
