this is kinda a framework idea I had about how governments could work in the future for ck3. it would work similar to the culture system in that there would be a few core mechanics (like power structure, hereditary vs republican, etc) and other core things, but than other parts of the government specific to each realm could be added over time. This would help make one fluid system that allows every realm to feel different, without over bloating the game with specific mechanics that only are active in one area or realm at a time. take hoi4 for example. there are tons of cool systems like paranoia and balance of power that apply to many other situations besides their current implementation, but are only stuck on only the country that it was made for.
