I really like Crusader Kings, but one thing has been gotten me... all.. roiled up so to speak.

Army - +2 martial, +1 diplomacy
Court - + 1 Diplomacy, +1 intrigue, + 1 stewardship
Church- + 2 Diplomacy, + 1 intrigue

Thats great, but we are missing some things out here.. Like..

Estate - +2 Stewardship, + 1 martial.
(Heirs, or other family members, were often taught privately by tutors, or merely armsmen...) They learnt to fight, and mainly to manage their estate, so that when(if) they inherited anything, they would be able to fight for it, and manage it.

Send Out of State (region..) - +2 intrigue, + 1 Diplomacy (or +1 intrigue, + 1 diplomacy, +1 martial) - (With a chance of your 'son/daughter') changing his 'religion' or 'culture'.

The reason for this, is while the majority of heirs and family members were educated within one's realm, some were sent of for diplomatic, military, and other reasoing.. often growing up with another realm, and sent back to their fathers when of 'age' or the treaty is concluded.

Often these sons (sometimes, rarely, daughters) would have gleamed new contacts through this (intrigue, and diplomacy), and also have observed their residency's military (which is why the + 1 martial could be added).

I think both of these choices, would be a great addition, if it is possible.

Then, we could also do with a lot of 'other' possibilities.. You could hostage family members, maybe?

Blackmail, and even kill enemy heirs using some of these possibilities.

You could also get negative traits, like "Country Bumpkin" or... "Foriegner", but also you could get plenty of other bonuses, and the like.

Please tell me this is possible!

Maybe CK2.

New educations involve new traits. Adding new traits is not going to happen for CK with 95%+ likelyhood.

You can alter existing traits, though Paradox policy is to not to. Modders are free to do as they please.

However, adding wholly new traits is impossible without exe-changes, probably quite significant ones. So I'm quite sure only a trait that is huge gameplay improvement and cannot possibly be simulated by existing traits stands even theoretical chance of being added.

You already get a few when starting education.

However, it would make sense if your prestigiousness after education would depend on how skilled you are considered by your peers.

That's what I'm saying. The better off you do, the more likely you are to be seen as prestigous or pious (for religious education types).
