- Empire start with basic stealth technology.
- +1 cloaking strenght
- Cloking techs do not have "shields" techs to be researched.
- *T4 tech adding +1 cloaking strenght yet to be discovered and researched*
- (speculation) -25% energy cost for cloaking modules (edited)
Edit:
- remove rare resource cost and maintanance from cloaking modules.
- +15% diplomatic influence costs
Edit: drawbacks for discussion: -15% naval cap, -10% ship weapon damage, -5% ship firing rate, -15 - -5 evasion depending on ship size.

One crucial thing i really miss from this DLC is ability to start cloaked and keep invisible for maybe entire game (tho we can't hide our pops and outposts). So maybe cloaked start with stronger cloaking?

When you put a starbase on a system, that's not cloaked right?

Other AIs can get your comms & contact you from your fixed position military assets at least?

Added some drawbacks for discussion.
As for origin i would like to see some stealthy empire that can cloak not only their ships but also stations, habitable planets and maybe whole systems, and which cannot be contacted with empires that did not get through their cloak. Empire that can spy others without first contact.
