There's two levels to this idea:
1. Being able to change which is the In and which is the Out street connection for a Cargo Hub/Terminal/Port & other buildings. I.e. Not having to replace with a modded version of the building, but in the unmodded building getting to change this back and forth at will.
2. Adding optional street connections on the other sides of these buildings.
