Suggestion: Cardinals should spawn in the Middle East if Catholics hold Jerusalem

Thread title. I think if Catholics had held Jerusalem during the timeframe, it would have been odd for the Holy Land not to have cardinals appointed over it. At the very least, there should be a cardinal generated in Jerusalem immediately if a Catholic nation converts the province to Catholic. It might be another nice little benefit to reclaiming the holy land.

It certainly wouldn't break the game to just spawn a cardinal immediately when important provinces are converted. Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, Constantinople for "realistic" ones (you could even add an achievement for getting the Catholic Pentarchy!), and might want to award one to someone who re-converts Rome if it gets converted away (unlikely to happen outside of multiplayer, of course).

There could be a special 'Cardinal zone' that extends over Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Basically all the places with an ancient history of Christianity (even if they are no longer Christian by the 15th century) and saints that the Catholic church would recognise.
