Suggested name changes

Originally posted in the AGCEEP foruim, but it applies to the vanilla GC. Basically, I've never really like The Knights as a country name, as it doesn't actually say what they are. Therefore, it should either be changed to Knights Hospitaller, or Knights of St John (both of which are a much better description of what they were).

Also, I think The Hedjaz should be changed to Hedjaz (since it would then appear correctly in the alphabetical order of countries listed). Remaning Kleves and (the) Kaliphate to Cleves and (the) Caliphate wouild be a good idea too, as that is how they are spelt in English (as is the current Paradox policy).

I second this. Furthermore, I'd like to see 'Duchy of Athens' changed to just 'Athens'. It never made sense to me why this duchy, and not all the many others in the game, should be emphasized like this, with the duchy title...

And speaking of Kleves/Cleves, there are several other German nations with the same problem - like eg. Pommern/Pomerania...

Oh, and this also makes me think of 'Siebenbürgen' - which really should be named 'Transylvania'...

I second this - nobody else calls it Siebenburgen - Translyvania is by far the more popular name.
