Any suggestions on how to turn on attrition for mongols or other mods that will make for a better game?

I have Rome and am running with V1.07 (latest I think)

The only change that needs to be made is that they shouldn't be allowed to walk around with all their non-attrition units stacked. That is literally the only problem with the Mongols as far as I'm concerned.
