Instead of offering something crazy difficult, just a modest idea easily achievable.

"That's it I'm out of here" : Move your capital to Hawaii as a "big" European nation. (Say, someone at least as big as Sweden or Portugal.)

I would like a variant where Hawaii could be created as a separate nation, with a Polinesian empire of some kind. But that would probably be more something for a mod.

My suggestion: "Recreate the early Dutch Empire":
The Netherlands owns: Holland, Zeeland, Gelre, Friesland, Breda, Utrecht, Manhattan, St.Martin, Curacao, Suriname, Pernambuco, Gold Coast,Cape, Mauritius, Bungo, Taiwan, Ceylon, Malacca, Kochin, Sunda, Surabaya
Before 1700.

Or something along those lines.

We have a full DLC for USA and no achievement related to it. Can be good have something at least for 1776 start.
