I went to check on an old save and didn't have the option "press all claims".

I already can create an empire. I don't know if I should. What are the advantages vs disadvantages? I already have 3 kingdoms, can usurp one and create even more. I know I could get more prestige but don't want my vassals getting too powerful or starting to desire my Kingdoms, nor making my succession too bothersome since I have gavelkind. I can only see a reason to create the Empire: I'll need the CB to conquer Aragon.
You get a bigger demesne and vassal limit too.

Question: I have a Vassal Inheritance Warning. A vassal Grand Duchess that's married to the King of England so her heir will be the King of England. Will he be my vassal? Or only if his mother dies first?

If his mother dies first he should become your vassal at that point unless he is already a vassal of England.

If he does become your vassal then England will fall under your sway.

This may be a blessing and a Curse.

I believe won't be your vassal either way. Well, if his mother dies first he'll be your vassal for a while, but when his father dies he'll become independent and steal those duchies for England.

If you want England to inherit into your empire, you'll need to give him a kingdom before he inherits it.

He's not a vassal of England.

But I'm an Emperor. If he's already my vassal, shouldn't a Kingdom fall under my purview?

A kingdom could, yes, but the Kingdom of England is not part of your empire (yet). If you inherit a title higher than the one you already have, your liege (or lack thereof) becomes the existing one for that title. For England to become part of your empire by inheritance, you'd need him to already be a vassal king.
