Hi guys,

I just loaded my savegame and noticed that suddenly there are areas in which the residentals complain about low land value en masse....
I didn't change anything and there are parks nearby as well. Plus the land value IS relatively high in these areas.

I guess it's a bug - but what can I do?? This is totally annoying since I spent really much time in this city...

I've read something about it in a thread yesterday but I'm not able to find any threads or answers about it in this forum jungle.

I have the same problem. I have the "Proper Hardness" mod installed, and have not yet tested whether the same thing happens in the vanilla game, so still have to test that.

Here is what I have noticed so far:

-Houses upgrade despite the land value being lower than the required threshold (around 35/60 land value in the house's information panel).
-Low Land Value complaints pop up.
-The residents then seem to move out, and the land value plummets. I had two empty houses with the red land value icon that had zero residents and 8/60 value. This despite the fact that an occupied house next door still had value in the 30's, and I tried placing two parks right across the street.

No clue what's going on, but it happens to a huge proportion of the houses, and when they go abandoned there is no way back as the tax revenue tanks and no new houses are built in their place.

Would sure like to figure out what's going on.
