Sucession Law Problem

hi, i currently have gavelkind as my sucession law and want to switch to ultimogeniture, i have everything necessary, the problem is only that i either need to have imperial or late feudal administration. The thing is that i don't even have the conclave dlc. Is that a bug?

Nope, it isn't. If you see one of the last prerequisites, says Low/Limited Crow Authority (or Medium, don't remember). If you're still in the simplest crown authority, Ultimogeniture won't be accessible.

As I already said ALL other presettings are CORRECT. Crown Authority IS NOT the problem.

My problem is that I need at least late feudal administration in order to change the sucession law to ultimogeniture, this is a law, which is only available with the Conclave DLC activated, and I didn't even buy it. That means I either have to change my administration law to impreial administration (which is something I cannot do so far), or have to buy the Conclave DLC.

Are you positive that you have fulfilled all the together prereqs (vassal opinion and such)? If so, looks like you have a bug.

Check that your game is installed correctly, pay attention to the checksum, at very least do the "Verify game cache" in Steam.

I know after I continued playing some of the other prereqs aren't fulfilled anymore but I guess you can see the problem.

It says you have a vassal with negative opinions of you, blocking succession law changes.

Exactly, you need to get all the counts and dukes out of negative opinions before you can shift the law.

Yeah, it's not the blocking factor there and it won't ever be with sufficient CA law. False alarm.
