Succession war while fighting together in another war (bug or WAD?)

I didn't happened to me but to AI Brandenburg.

So AI Brandenburg is allied to Austria and declares war on TO.
Austria joins the war on Brandenburg side.
Some time later, while still at wart with TO, Brandenburg gets Personal Union over Anhalt.
Austria decides to declare Succession war against Brandenburg.
As Austria cannot be at war with Brandenburg and allied in another war at the same time, Austrian war with TO ends, alliance with Brandenburg also ends and now Austria is at war with Brandenburg.

It this a bug or WAD that Austria was able to declare war against Brandenburg?

France and Prussia are allies.
France declares succession war on Aragon over England (Aragon has a PU over England).
Prussia joins the war.
Russia dies and becomes PU of Prussia.
France declare succession war on Prussia.
Prussia is stuck in a war against Aragon and England and had the peace option to PU England.

This is why I hate France... fuck you France!
I kicked their butts anyway...

Yes it happened to me as well, i was in war with France as Austria and Commonwealth was my ally. Then, Lorraine king died, and i got them under PU, Commonwealth AI contest it and got to War with me, even they were fighting with me against France

drat, that means i gotta claim throne and do force PU on bohemia ally soon. I figured if i kept france in a war with me, they couldn't attack me over a succession and i would get the PU for free..

Guess not then? Grmble.
