Okay, so I'm playing a game as King Sancho II of Castille. The king of Leon died, and under succession laws, I was his heir. Now I have his lands/vassals. My current succession laws are Agnatic-Cognatic-Gavelkind (ugh), and my current heir will only inherit the original Kingdom of Castille. Is there a way for him to inherit the Kingdom of Leon as well, or do I have to grant it to him as land before Sancho II dies to make sure I have it when I play as him?

EDIT: My other two sons will inherit the land that I wish for my heir to inherit.
EDITAGAIN: Just inherited all of Galicia as well.

That should do fine. It makes more sense to hand out the counties before you convert, though--because every count and duke gets their own Court Chaplain, that's a lot more Court Chaplains running around converting people.
