So the pope fired a Crusade for Jerusalem in the mid 14th century, the kingdom has been created before but nobody held it at the moment. Three claimants did still exist however. In the description for the crusade it said that one of those claimants should get all the conquered provinces. Who was this claimant you ask? A 50 year old, celibate women (who has actually been queen of Jerusalem before). Not a good choice but still....
And why do I mention all this? Well, I got the most score out of the crusade and when it ended (successfully), all conquered provinces were transferred to me. Great yeah, but I had no use for it (playing in scandinavia). So I took the event to give it to an unlanded person of my culture. Everything's fine but what the hell happened to the other claimant? Why did she not get anything although she was supposed to gain everything? I'm confused....

Where does it say a claimant will get everything?

Claimants don't factor into crusade results.

They do in vanilla.

I remember you could switch between your modded crusade mechanic and the vanilla one but this was changed a couple of EMF-releases ago (I checked the changelog). So maybe this was some kind of bug then?

They do in vanilla.

But they don't in EMF, is what I'm saying. I'm curious whether this is an expectation because that's what vanilla does or whether there's some tooltip left over which I'm not aware of. If it's the former, then there's nothing for me to do. If it's the latter, I can look into fixing it.

There used to be a customization option to use the vanilla method of determining when crusades became available -- not what the crusade CB actually did.

That option was removed a number of versions ago.

EDIT: And I found the tooltip! It only appears when someone has a claim against the title, hence why I was unaware of it. I'll remove the mention.
