Succesful registration, no activation

Hello,

I bought Europa Universalis III Chronicles a few months ago, in a website. The game was unused, in his box with his plastic film etc. I registered the serial key here, and it worked ("succesful registration"). However, it doesn't make effect on my profile and I have no success et no access to the metaserver. I also have registered the collector edition of EUIII, earlier bought in a fair barter: same thing. So I would like to know why, if I made a mistake or anything.

Sorry if there is already a thread for this, I did'nt see it (sorry as well for my poor English).

I can see the EU3 Chronicles Icon under your name, which means you have registered the game here.

But your CE edition is not registered, could that have been under a different ID?

Yes, I registered EUIII Chronicles and EUIII Collector with the same ID. The icon is pretty cool, but my game list is empty, is it normal?

Sorry, I can only repeat: you have NOT registered EU3 CE here. If you had you would see its icon under your name. Try registering it again here; if you get an error saying the code is already in use, you have indeed already registered it here under another ID.

Your MyGames page will show Chronicles registered though, as you have that icon.

I assume he is talking about the metaserver. And that should not make a difference how many different EU3 names you register.
Contact Zendesk and see if they can sort you out, I have nothing to do with the metaservers, sorry.
