Well, that's a relief - I'm not going nuts!
It's a bit confusing, though ... it shows a "bonus" of 0 for fire/shock as appropriate, but not for siege. Am I looking in the right place? I assume I should be looking near the M/F/S bonuses - is that right?

Load up a game as Venice or Knights (of St.John). Their default leaders have siege, so you will quickly see what it is all about.:)
