Subways in Vienna

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build some subways in Vienna (scenario 11 - part with petrol), but ever since "Vienna goes green", I haven't been able to build a tunnel below the river that separates the mainland with the islands on the east. I've had this problem with the Vienna scenario between "Vienna goes green" and "part with petrol" (something about being sad). I know for a fact I was able to build a subway under the river in the first Vienna scenario.

Is there anyway I can get around this? I wanted to build a line from the west train station to the island train station.

Maybe you are missing the levels of the rails. Look at the right upper part of the screen when you select the subway. You are suppose to see 3 levels. To go under water you always need to select level 3. Keep in mind that you will also need some space to reach level 3, specially if you are on level 1 now.

I made a VERY successful elevated metro in Vienna. It was soooo profitable. 'Twas ridiculous!
