I'm playing modded Vic2, as a transition from EU4 to HoI4, and I have a problem. Not a big one, but very annoying.
I'm using Interventionism or State Capitalism, and every new factory my capitalists build automatically have subsidies. I want to use subsidies for my metropoly states, but in big country that means I need to go into factories tab and unselect subsidies a lot of time (I do it every year, and in a big country with a lot of territories it takes more time that actually play said year sometimes).
So question is - is it possible to forbid capitalists use state subsidies as they want?

You should only need to uncheck subsidies per factory once.
Isn't that so ?

Then factory got bunkrupt, because it's translated game. You see, there are a lot of states in translated game, with a player AND with a AIs, and as it was in EU4, there are some big countries out there. Then I demolish that factory, because what else to do? Then capitalists build a new factory. Then this new factory have a subsidies automatically.
Yeah, I can understand - a situation when a player country have 1073 factories isn't quite normal (or is it? I'm playing Vic2 rarely, so I can't really say), and second power (AI Roman Empire) have 802, and market isn't actually fit for such world industry. So it's not actually a problem with factories closing and needed to be rebuild - I subside factories I want to be saved, and for second world industry I have capitalists. And I'm quite ready to have my time and close factories that are bunkrupt.
I just find it's annoying that capitalists allow themselves to take governmental support I'm not offering. :) Also it hit my income like a tank.
