I'm playing as coporate and currently have 4 subsidaries. Only one of those subsidiaries is expending and creating new colonies. The other 3 are spawning assault armies but no construction ships, science ships or colonies.
Why is the AI prioritizing assault armies here and why are the subsidiaries not expanding? Is this a bug or am I missing something?
