I would like to subscribe for DLC but i have no option for that on my screen.

The subscription service is still being tested and we're adding users to this at various times. We in the support team can't provide you with access to it as it's automated. All we can say is be patient, if this works as we hope then it will be available for everyone in the not too distant future .
