Submod to make 769-start possible?

Hello guys,

im playing with SWMH, and i really enjoy it. but i also miss the charlemagne startdate, even though I understand why they scratched it.

is there any submod that would make those to compatible? i believe i have read something about such a submod some time ago, but i cant find the thread for the life of me.
