Needs more work done on animation speed and flow, but turned out surprisingly well compared to the last attempt.

Added download for Era ToolTip. It is a small submod that gives the player some information about the ingame era, including dynamically updating to the third era upon the formation of Tamriel.

This is an amazing mod. Nothing breaks immersion as much as a missing tower in the middle of Imperial Isle. I wish you health, happiness and interest to develop this further, and thank you for improving the enjoyment from the mod so much.

Just tested it on SVN version and it seems to look great.
