Lake Assad, between Raqqah and Manbij is a man-made lake, it wasn't created until 1974

May I ask why permission is needed to release a submod? It's not like they're joining HIP.
Because you need permission from the original content creators to modify their content. It's a pretty standard process.
Yeah, lets please not start a fight about that. The creators took the time to create their mod, if they want to protect their material, that's their right.
I mean, unless you use a specific thread on a specific image board...
I have to say, this map looks absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to see it finished in the future.

I wont. Im only one person though so it's still going to be some time. If someone wants to help with northern Europe's provinces, it can speed things up though

I would vokunteer if only I knew how the f you know where to put provinces. Paradox maps is so twisted that it's just BOOM.
But if you taught me that, I'd be glad to help.
I could touch up the topology a bit too. That's doesn't require knowing the province locations at least.
